OK so you aren't quite ready to buy your own olive grove but you love the idea of being part of the olive harvest and you want to have some of that delicious extra virgin olive oil to enjoy. Well now you can.

An increasing number of producers will allow you to 'adopt an olive tree', normally you can select the type of tree and then in return for your money you get sent a supply of delicious olive oil. Different producers offer different bonuses - you may get a newsletter, be able to visit your tree, help with the harvest or own the T shirt!

This makes a wonderful present idea!

The mist is rising from the valley as we walk down to the olive grove.  In the distance the sound of the church bells rings out.  We spread the nets around the tree - keeping them close to the trunk to make sure the olives don't fall through and get lost onto the ground below!
